You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes unless we authorize another use in writing. If accounts are available, you must provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may refuse service, restrict access, suspend or close an account, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, unauthorized resale, or a violation of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, ingredients, roast information, sizes, colors, materials, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect colors, and packaging or product details may change. Product images may be illustrative.

Products are offered while supplies last. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, correct errors, or reject orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected item.

SANUS LVNG coffee and related content are offered as food and lifestyle products. Website, packaging, chatbot, voice, social-media, and other communications are for general information and are not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Review the ingredient list and directions provided with the product. Individual sensitivities vary. Customers with allergies, caffeine sensitivity, pregnancy, nursing considerations, medications, or medical conditions should consult an appropriate qualified professional before use. Stop use and seek appropriate assistance if an adverse reaction occurs.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment because of inventory, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, promotion misuse, or other reasonable business or legal concerns.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees are shown or calculated at checkout. You authorize SANUS LVNG and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the total shown at checkout.

Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. SANUS LVNG generally receives transaction confirmations and limited payment details rather than complete payment-card numbers.

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and limited offers are governed by the terms presented with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are limited to one use per customer, email address, household, or order; have no cash value; may not be combined; may exclude selected products, subscriptions, shipping, taxes, or other charges; and may be changed or ended at any time.

We may reject, cancel, or reverse a discount obtained through error, duplication, manipulation, unauthorized publication, or abuse. A discount does not create a right to purchase an unavailable product.

When you enroll in Subscribe & Save or another recurring purchase program, you authorize SANUS LVNG and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

A subscription continues until canceled. Available controls may allow you to skip, pause, change, or cancel future orders through a customer portal or by contacting us. Changes and cancellations apply only to future orders that have not entered processing. An order already processed, charged, or shipped may be subject to the Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

We may give advance notice of permitted price changes. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request updated payment information, pause fulfillment, or cancel the subscription. Subscription benefits may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly allowed.

Shipping destinations, rates, processing estimates, delivery estimates, address-change requests, order cancellations, damaged items, missing packages, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may result from carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information. International customers, including Canadian customers, are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs, brokerage fees, and import requirements unless stated otherwise.

Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, deadlines, required documentation, and procedures. Consumable, opened, used, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale items may be ineligible for return except when defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Contact us promptly about damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit; each request is reviewed under the applicable policy and law.

We may send transactional communications about orders, subscriptions, accounts, security, and policy changes. With consent where required, we may send promotional email or text messages, product news, launch announcements, offers, and abandoned-cart or checkout reminders.

Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided and may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or using another method described in the message. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional communications may continue when necessary to administer an order, account, or subscription.

We may use automated chat, voice, messaging, or artificial-intelligence tools to provide general information, help visitors navigate the store, and receive inquiries. These tools may not have access to individual orders, accounts, payments, or subscriptions unless a verified integration is specifically enabled.

Automated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety, or individualized product-use advice. Product preparation and serving questions should be answered by following the directions printed on the product packaging.

Calls, chats, and messages may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, or reviewed for service delivery, quality, security, and support when permitted by law and after any notice or consent required by law. Providing contact information does not guarantee a telephone callback or a specific response time or method.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you own it or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant SANUS LVNG a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and marketing the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

The Services and their content—including the SANUS LVNG name, logos, monograms, slogans, collection and product names, packaging, designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, and site layout—are owned by or licensed to SANUS LVNG and protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services or our brand assets without written permission.

You may not use the Services to violate law; commit fraud; misuse promotions; place fraudulent chargebacks; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data without authorization; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; harass others; or engage in conduct that harms SANUS LVNG, its customers, vendors, systems, or reputation.

The Services may use or link to third parties such as payment processors, ecommerce and subscription platforms, hosting providers, shipping carriers, analytics tools, communication providers, social networks, and AI vendors. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, systems, content, or services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times, or that every description, image, automated response, or other item of content will be complete or current.

Except for rights and obligations that cannot legally be excluded, SANUS LVNG disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANUS LVNG LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or damages arising from third-party services, carrier delays, unauthorized account access, or misuse of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to the Services or a product will not exceed the amount you paid SANUS LVNG for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SANUS LVNG LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you and SANUS LVNG agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. The parties will allow 30 days for informal resolution. If unresolved, either party may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction. Each party waives a jury trial to the extent such waiver is enforceable. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court when eligible or urgent equitable relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or security.

No class-action waiver or mandatory arbitration provision is imposed by these Terms at this time.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services.
